    Surprise Date Day / Glamping

Honestly, Adam rocks. He is the master at planning surprise date days, and all other date days for that matter, but this one takes the cake. One day he planned a date day(s) and told me to pack something casual, active and warm. Now, I don’t care what genre you tell me, I just want to wear a dress. Lucky for me, when he came to pick me up he told me to put on pants. So, before we left he asked if I could pick up a few things at the store; garlic, a tomato, onion and sirloin steak….now, one would think this was a dead camping giveaway, but…

    Easy Quinoa Bowl

Everyday is a new adventure for food at the Bravwel Casa. Well…mostly we just order pizza but once in a while when we’re feeling brave we decide to cook something. We had this great dish at a local restaurant in West Hollywood and figured it’s perfect for when you’re not feeling like a salad for lunch. I love the tanning mousse so much and having the tanning mitt was…

    The Sofa Struggle

Lately Megan & I have been discussing redecorating our small apartment, but we get discouraged easily. Mostly because we don’t want to spend money and we can’t decide on the same furniture. Most recently we have been trying to figure out which sofa we want. Either a more expensive one that will last longer, or a cheaper one that will give instant gratification but won’t stand the test of time. The struggle is real. Tell us which one you like…. Option #1 – The Velvet Willoughby Sofa by Anthropologie ($1,998.00)Option #2 – The Antwerp Sofa by West Elm ($1,299.00)Option  #3 – The Stocksund sofa by Ikea ($599.00)

    Friday Favorites

These puppies are going to have a forever home on our fingers in SIX WEEKS. SIX people! It’s all feeling very real and we’re headed to pick up our marriage license in the next week or so which, I’m sure, will up the anty then. We booked our flights for our mini moon after the wedding to Seattle and Portland (have any great recommendations for either city? Send them our way!). It’s going to be a great little getaway after all of the wedding festivities! This weekend my girlfriends are taking me out for my bachelorette party and I can’t wait! What are you doing this weekend? A few fun…
